Dr. David Magnano has spent over 40 years dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals facing complex neurological, degenerative, and age-related conditions. Licensed in 1983 as the youngest physician in New York State, his early training shaped a lifelong focus on how the nervous system, nutrition, and environment interact to support the body’s natural capacity for recovery.
Dr. Magnano pioneered one of the first multidisciplinary medical practices in Buffalo, NY, bringing together primary care physicians, chiropractic, orthopedic surgery, physical therapy, and acupuncture. This coordinated, whole-person approach continues to define his work today at Vitality Medical & Longevity Center.
Above all, Dr. Magnano is recognized for his compassion and integrity, helping families navigate complex neurological challenges with clarity and hope.
Medical Doctor and Medical Director
Yared Vasquez, MD serves as the Medical Director for Vitality Medical, providing clinical oversight and ensuring that our holistic treatments meet the highest medical standards for the Tampa community.

Therapy Nurse / Clinical Specialist
Yuris Deliz, RN, MSN is an experienced nurse with over 14 years in healthcare, including extensive experience in Emergency Room (ER) and Intensive Care Unit (ICU) settings. She also brings more than 10 years of specialized experience in infusion therapy, with a focus on administering IV biologic treatments for rheumatology patients.
Yuris earned her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), further expanding her clinical knowledge and leadership skills. She is committed to delivering advanced, patient-centered care, combining clinical expertise with compassion to support the health and well-being of every patient she serves.
Our clinic was created out of a shared passion among a group of healthcare professionals who recognized the need for a patient-centered and holistic approach to better wellness, which led us to join forces and establish a place where compassion and comprehensive care converge.
